ALDERMASTON HISTORY GROUPAldermaston History Group came from a desire and enthusiasm for the history of the local area by the committee that undertook the 2017 Exhibition to celebrate the Queen’s 90th Birthday (the year before). There were funds left over from this exhibition and it was agreed to use these to start a History Group.

Aldermaston History Group was founded on 2nd February 2018.

The group’s main activities:

  •  runs quarterly meetings usually with a guest speaker
  •  maintains this Aldermaston History website
  •  assist in organising Heritage Open Days in Sept of each year
