On inspection and with a bit of research it appears to be an enlargement of a known postcard, the evidence is mainly because the wording at the bottom has been cropped by the enlargement.

The wording at the bottom reads:

The framed photograph was handed to the Aldermaston History Group by Daphne Moore in 2019.
